Magnani1404 Hand Made Artists Papers

Magnani1404 papers come in the following ranges:

Italia: A smooth, cold pressed 100% cotton paper  especially good for wet techniques, 300gsm, sized or double sized, enabling paints to be moved on the surface before drying.  Pads are glued on one side, blocks on four sides.

Toscana: A rougher textured paper, otherwise as Italia.

Portofino: Smooth, hot pressed, white 300 gms, otherwise as Italia. Good for all wet techniques.

Annigoni: Cotton with the addition of a small amount of wool giving a soft, fibrous surface, ideal for qouache and other wet techniques

La Antica Cartiera: Smooth, 100% cellulose, mostly for dry techniques but the tough surface make it great for acrylics
