TWSBI 1791 Ink

TWSBI 1791 ink is available in six colours and a set of all six. They come in 18ml glass bottles.

This 6 pack series of inks were inspired by one of China’s great classical novels, written in 1791 called “Dream of Red Chambers” by Cao Xuegin. TWSBI chose these ink colours by depicting the descriptions of the buildings and landscapes within this book.

The colours are: Emerald Green, Orange, Pink, Prairie Green, Royal Purple and Sky Blue. They are available individually or in a combo pack with all six colours.

TWSBI have also released another 5 colours of ink in the same 18ml bottles. These colours are Navy, Forest Green, Tangerine, Crimson and Grape. As lovely as they are, this range unfortunately are not sold in a pack like the others.

They are all splendid colours and great value, especially when used with the Diamond 20 or Vac 20 ink pots, which will help you to get the last drop out of the bottle and into the pen.
