SCRIBO Feel Vulcano

In the midst of the Tyrhennian sea lies the island of Vulcano.  The blue of the sea contrasts with the black volcanic sand of the beaches.  It is this sand that has inspired Flaminia Angelone, the designer of the SCRIBO Feel Vulcano to use this rich, pearlescent natural resin.

Vulcano, the island inspiring this pen, is off the north coast of Sicily in the Aeolian group of islands.  As the name hints, it is volcanic and remains active, although the last major eruption was in 1888.
