Sailor PG Slim “Fountain Pen of the Seas” Eleuthera Island

Sailor has partnered with the Satellite crayon project in order to create a collection of limited edition fountain pens inspired by the colours of the earths oceans, as seen from space. With each pen being colour matched to a specific location on the earths surface, with the GPS location engraved on one side of the barrel and the logo alongside the logo for the Satellite crayon project which is engraved on the other.

Sailor have produced two PG slim pens for this series, each in a different colour. with Rhodium plated trim and the cap and barrel end in a complimenting colour, engraved with the sailor logo. each pen is fitted with on of sailors world renowned 14ct gold nibs, and exclusive to this limited edition, each pen include a converter with a twist knob that matches the colour of the pen.

Eleuthera Island has been picked from the seawater around the western coastline of Eleuthera island in the Bahamas it’s bright blue turquoise tone capturing the iconic coastline of the region perfectly.  The Cap and barrel ends are an original colour created to represent the oolite found in these waters, which is the mineral that helps to create the distinctive colours and patterns that the water of the region is known for.

The Satellite crayon project donates a portion of its proceeds towards charitable causes, including supporting disaster relief efforts, in addition to this contribution from the Satellite crayon project sailor is also donating a percentage of profits from the sales of these limited edition pens to support the Hiroshima Prefectures GSHIP imitative, to clean up pollution within the Seto inland sea.
