Pilot Custom 845 Red Fountain Pen
The Pilot Custom 845 has an ebonite body with a Urushi lacquer, a highly prized material from the taken from the sap of a tree that only grows in Asia. Urushi lacquer is a technique that has been used and refined for over 7000 years, it’s a process that can take up to months to complete due to the many coats and drying time.
The barrel and cap both adorn the shiny red and black lacquer, balancing out the colours with the complimentary 18ct gold trim on the four rings and the well known Namiki clip.
The pen is presented in a wooden gift box, converter included.
