The first in a new series of fountain pens from Pelikan, which aim to explore the worlds oceans, uncovering the secret beauty beneath their surface to inspire their fountain pen artists

Their M800 Indian Ocean features an exceptional acrylic resin, created with deep blues and vibrant yellows which flow together like sunlight dancing across the surface of the sea, modelled after the unpredictability of nature the resin seems to swirl and shimmer when light passes across its surface, the subtle transparency of the material offers occasional glimpses of of the piston mechanism beneath, like a hidden treasure glimpsed beneath the waves.

Each pen comes with one of Pelikans iconic 18ct gold nibs, perfectly tuned for smooth writing.
