Visconti Limited Edition Pininfarina Nanotech Fountain Pen

The Visconti Limited Edition Pininfarina Nanotech Fountain Pen is a truly unique pen inasmuch as it is treated with Carbon nanotube technology. This same technology is used by Formula One teams such as Red Bull, Ferarri and Mercedes. The use of this revolutionary technology means that this pen is very resistant to both abrasive wear and corrosion, making it longer lasting than even the best stainless steel or hardened steel pens.

It is also, obviously, capless, which looks supremely wild compared to Visconti’s more conventional fountain pens.

The ‘Pininfarina’ part of this marvellous pen’s name is, of course, a reference to Battista (“Pinin”) Farina, who founded the eponymous car design company in Cambiano that has produced cars for manufacturers including Maserati, Ferrari and Alfa Romeo, amongst others. In 2015, the 85th anniversary of the design company, Paolo Pininfarina and Dante del Vecchio worked together to design and produce the Visconti Pininfarina pen.

The Visconti Pininfarina Nanotech fountain pen comes fitted with a tubular nib available in Double Broad or 1.3 Stub, and is fitted with a converter.
