This TWSBI takes its name from the town of Carrara in Italy, famous for its high quality marble which has been quarried from the nearby mountain since Roman times and used in world renowned sculptures and buildings such as Michelangelo’s works, and the Pantheon. The pen’s design clearly draws inspiration from this with a swirling white and grey marbled cap and piston filler knob tied together with the pen’s onyx trim which really helps to elevate the classical feel of the design.

Making use of a piston filling system the TWSBI ECO can be used with bottled ink straight out of the box, with no need for an additional converter. the pen is also available with a wide range of nibs to choose from, Extra fine, all the way up to broad, there’s even a 1.1 stub avaliable for those who prefer italic writing.
