Tom Hessin Revolution Ironbridge Fountain Pen
Inspired by Tom Hessin’s own industrial past their Revolution Series of Pens pays homage to the period of smoke and steel in the 18th and 19th centuries that saw new manufacturing techniques pushed to their limits in pursuit of vast industrialisation which forever changed the landscape of the world.
Ironbridge may be a familiar sight to those who are local to our store in Shrewsbury but for anyone who is unaware it was built in 1779 as the first bridge of its kind in the whole world, a monument to local industrial heritage it’s famous for it’s eye-catching design and rich red brown colour, something that Tom Hessin have perfectly captured with the rich mahogany wood barrel of this pen and PVD coated metal grip section, cap, and nib.
The design of the pen has been carefully considered to accentuate the combination of these natural and metal materials, creating something that feels very modern while at the same time representing a real symbol of Tom Hessin’s industrial Legacy, the pen comes presented in a luxurious gift box and is complete with a cartridge, converter, and PVD coated Jowo #6 nib in Extra fine, Fine, Or Medium sizes
