Taccia Hyakko-Hisho Kiwami Urushi Fountain Pen Seiheki

Taccua’s Hyakko-Hisho fountain pens combine the beauty and heritage of traditional Japanese culture. The Hyakko-Hisho name refers to the historically important techniques collected by Tsunanori Maeda, fuedal Lord of the Kaga domain.

Seiheki has an overall blue colour with black flecks throughout the pen, with the addition of some gold coloured spots to elevate the look even further. The pen is handmade in Taccia’s Urushi studio in Wajima using lacquering techniques on an ebonite barrel. The pen is then signed in red by a Maki-e artist to display the edition number.

Only 100 pieces of this model have been made and it’s fitted with an 18K gold bi-colour nib for a beautiful writing experience.
