Scribo Blu Califfo Fountain Pen

The new addition to the Scribo Feel fountain pen collection is the Blu Califfo.  Like all Scrittura Bolognese pens it is limited to 219 of each variation.  In this case, there are 219 available in Rose Gold trim and 219 in Ruthenium.

This collection has been inspired by food and the colourway of this pen is taken from the Turkish Blue Caliph fig.  The dramatic pen colouring of blue and light orange enhances its doric column shape giving a feeling of depth to the user.

The body of the pen is hand turned from a single bar of resin.  This gives the pen its distinctive dodecahedral shape which is complemented by a choice of ruthenium silver or rose gold trim.  Its cap, barrel, knob and nib-holder are handmade by skilled craftsmen.

The Blu Califfo comes with a selection of Scribo nibs from stub to extra extra fine in 18kt gold, and the renowned14ct gold flex nibs in extra fine, fine, medium and broad.
