To celebrate 60 years of their most Iconic pen, Lamy have created a new special edition that combines a brushed stainless steel housing and polished stainless steel clip with a central element made from stabilised Bog Oak. This wood has been preserved in peat bogs for hundreds of years, taking on a rich dark colour. Like the Lamy 2000, it is a material that takes on more beauty and character with age, making it perfect to celebrate this landmark anniversary for the iconic pen.
With its elegant hooded nib made from 14ct gold, and innovative piston filling mechanism the Lamy 2000 remains practical for everyday use while embodying the artistry of the Bauhaus movement. This special edition has been limited to just 1,966 pieces worldwide, each consecutively numbered and packaged in a luxurious gift box with a special linen covered notebook.
