Each pen has been made from a single piece of this wood, which is carefully turned before being sent to Sardinia where Ashera’s master craftsmen precisely apply layers of lacquer to the pen, each one needing to be carefully sanded and polished. This patient process results in a perfect gloss surface, that highlights and accentuates every detail of the living material. when this process is finished, the pen is returned to Germany where it’s completed with a precisely engineered titanium section, designed with the perfect weight and size to ensure comfortable writing. as well as a carefully tuned nib, available in Stainless Steel, 14ct Gold, and Platinum.
