Most items are available from stock for immediate dispatch. We will generally send orders received before 2.00 p.m. Monday to Friday that afternoon. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order we will notify you by telephone and / or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel and have an immediate refund, or we will give you an expected date of despatch.

Purchase over £10 will be delivered free within the UK. Otherwise, there is a standard postage and packing charge of £1.50. Items will be sent by First Class post, larger items by parcel post.
Items sent within the European Union will be sent free if the order is over £150, otherwise there will be a standard charge of £6.00. Items sent outside the EU will be sent free for orders over £500, otherwise a charge of £12.00 will be made. All items sent overseas will be sent by Airmail and require a signature on receipt.


All items will be sent by "signed for" post unless you specify otherwise. If you would like the goods sent urgently, please call us on 01743 245950 Monday - Saturday, 9.30 - 5.30.

returns

If you wish to return goods, please repack them securely in their original packaging and post them back to us at:

Please do this within 7 days of receipt - call us if this is difficult.

If the goods were faulty, or not the goods you ordered, we will refund their cost plus the cost of postage. We will also offer you the choice of a replacement item.

If you have changed your mind about the purchase, we will refund the cost but not postage costs. Goods must be returned unopenned and as new.

We like to hear from customers - even to tell us we could have done better. You will recieve an e mail from Feefo, inviting you to comment on the quality of the product and the service you received from us. We are able to respond to, but not change, your comments.
