For the past twenty years Visconti have been synonymous with fountain pens of extraordinary beauty. The fountain pens, rollers and ballpoint pens by Visconti are a range of high quality instruments with great character.

The company is based in Florence, the beautiful Renaissance city in Tuscany. It was established in 1988, and is headed by Dante Del Vecchio. Led by his passion for vintage pens, he has constantly sought new expressions of the pen makers art. Visconti's love of history and zeal for innovation, their craftsmen's skills, and the development of increasingly more sophisticated systems are combined with the research of unforgettable shades of colour, design and naturalness to create Visconti's unique pens.

Every model is developed with the most advanced techniques, using the most precious materials available and both traditional methods and the most sophisticated and unprecedented techniques. The use of celluloid, the "gold for the pen specialists", is a distinguishing feature of Visconti collections. Also, numerous systems for filling and customising pens have been patented by Visconti.
