The Visconti Opera Black is a distinguished pen. The lustrous black resin is pefectly offset by the platinum trim, the "Squaring the Circle" profile sits comfortably in the hand - it is elegant and functional. It uses the convenient and reliable cartridge / converter filling system.

So far, excellent: but the crowning glory of this pen is the nib: Visconti's 23 carat Palladium Dreamtouch nib. It delivers a good, fairly wet line with no effort at all.
